Towards Full Disclosure

Imagine a world where the following takes place:

General health condition of the human body is ascertained in less than five minutes by running a hand-held diagnostic scanner over it.  Treatment is prescribed for any abnormalities that are found without the need for further tests.  Cancer is curable.

World hunger and famine are obsolete.  All countries have technology in place that is not dependent on so-called fossil fuels and antiquated agricultural methods using pesticides.  Fresh water is produced from salt water with no great effort or expense. 

Zero Point energy is freely accessible to everyone.  There are no roads, no railroad tracks, no shipping channels.  All transportation takes place above ground in flying vehicles that rely on anti-gravitational technology for propulsion.  Environmental pollution is a thing of the past. 

What year do you think this is?  Way off into the future?  What year do you think it could be?  Same answer?  Way off into the future?  Wrong: 1950.  It could have been 1950.  The technology needed to actualize such a world existed and was available on our planet as early as 1950.  Needless to say, it was not made available to the general public or we wouldn’t be in the horrible shape we’re in today. 

Who had it or has it, and why hasn’t it been disclosed to the world for the benefit of one and all?  A group of greedy individuals is hoarding it for the benefit of a few and possible harm to many, because this same advanced technology can be put to evil uses as well – military projects and psychological warfare to keep the general population under control.  Whose control?  The muddlers, of course. 

This scenario may sound like conspiracy but it is no theory.  Testimony from hundreds of witnesses to this effect has been fully documented and recorded by a man who will surely someday be perceived as one of the most courageous, tenacious, and visionary pioneers of the 20^th century – Dr. Steven M. Greer. 

Dr. Steven Greer is a specialist in emergency medicine and former chairman of the department of emergency medicine at Caldwell Memorial Hospital in North Carolina.  He is a lifetime member of Alpha Omega Alpha, the nation’s most prestigious medical honor society.  Dr. Greer left a very successful career in medicine to fully devote himself to the study of extraterrestrial intelligence (ETI), by founding the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI) in 1990, and then later the Disclosure Project  (www.DisclosureProject.org) in June of 2000. 

For over a decade, CSETI has trained and deployed teams of investigators out in the field  to observe, record, and often interact with ETI.  Having experienced a great deal of success in these endeavors, CSETI has grown into a worldwide organization that continues to investigate, analyze, educate and promote understanding of ETI with compelling results.  

The Disclosure Project is a nonprofit research project working to fully disclose the facts about extraterrestrials, UFOs, and advanced energy and propulsion systems that remain classified.  It is hoped that disclosure of this information will result in new technologies to end pollution and stave off ecological disaster, leading to long-term solutions to the energy crisis and to the beginning of an era of peaceful relations with extraterrestrial civilizations . 

 This is no X-Files.  This is the truth.  It has been the greatest kept secret in modern history, but not for long.  Instead of trying to summarize Dr. Greer’s efforts in my own words, I’m going to cut directly to the chase and reproduce bits of witness testimony verbatim. 

The Cover-Up:  UFOs and Advanced Technologies 

Mercury and Gemini Astronaut, Colonel Gordon Cooper:

"A saucer flew right over [us], put down three landing gears, and landed out on the dry lakebed.  [The cameramen] went out there with their cameras towards the UFO… I had a chance to hold [the film ] up to the window.  Good close-up shots.  There was no doubt in my mind that it was made someplace other than this earth."[i]

 FAA  Division Chief of Accidents and Investigations, John Callahan:

"The UFO was bouncing around the 747.  [It] was a huge ball with lights running around it… Well, I’ve been involved in a lot of cover-ups with the FAA.  When we gave the presentation to the Reagan staff, they had all those people swear that this never happened.  But they never had me swear it never happened.  I can tell you what I’ve seen with my own eyes.  I’ve got a videotape.  I’ve got the voice tape.  I’ve got the reports that were filed that will confirm what I’ve been telling you."[ii]

Former Chief of Defense, British Royal Navy, Admiral Lord Hill-Norton:

"I have frequently been asked by a person of my background – a former Chief of the Defense Staff, a former Chairman of the NATO Military Committee – why I think there is a cover-up [of] the facts about UFOs.  I believe governments fear that if they did disclose those facts, people would panic.  I don’t believe that at all.  There is a serious possibility that we are being visited by people from outer space.  It behooves us to find out who they are, where they come from, and what they want."[iii]

Former Director of the CIA, Vice Admiral R.H. Hillenkoetter:

"It is time for the truth to be brought out in open Congressional hearings.  Behind the scenes, high-ranking Air Force officers are soberly concerned about the UFOs.  But through official secrecy and ridicule, many citizens are led to believe the unknown flying objects are nonsense.  To hide the facts, the Air Force has silenced its personnel."[iv]

US Navy Pilot, Lieutenant Frederick Fox:

"There is a [military] publication called JANAP 146E that has a section that says you will not reveal any information regarding the UFO  phenomenon under penalty of $10,000 fine and ten years in jail.  So the secret has been kept."[v]

 Marine Corps, Corporal Jonathan Weygandt:

"[The UFO] was buried in the side of a cliff.  When I first saw it, I was scared.  I think the creatures calmed me… [Later] I was arrested [by an Air Force  officer].  He was saying, “Do you like the Constitution?”  I’m like, “Yeah.”  He said, “We don’t obey.  We just do what we want.  And if you tell anybody [about us or the UFO], you will just come up missing.”"[vi]

Corporate Manager of Fairchild Industries, Spokesperson for Wernher von Braun, Dr. Carol Rosin:

"Von Braun [rocket science pioneer] told me [in 1976] the reasons for space-based  weaponry were all based on a lie.  He said the strategy was that first the Russians, then the terrorists are going to be considered the enemy.  The next enemy was asteroids.  “The last card is the alien card, and all of it is a lie.”… I was at a meeting in Fairchild Industries in the War Room… The conversation [was] about how they were going to antagonize these enemies, and there was going to be a Gulf War.  Now this is 1977!”[vii]

US Air Force, FAA, Captain Robert Salas:

"[The security guard called and] said, “Sir, there’s a glowing red object hovering outside the front gate.  I’ve got all the men out here with their weapons drawn.”  We lost between 16 to 18 ICBMs [nuclear-tipped InterContinental Ballistic Missiles] at the same time UFOs were in the area… [A high-ranking Air Force Officer] said, “Stop the investigation; do no more on this and do not write a final report.”  I heard that many of the guards that reported this incident were sent off to Viet Nam."[viii]

US Air Force Lieutenant, Professor Robert Jacobs:

"So this thing [UFO] fires a beam of light at the warhead, hits it and then it moves to the other side and fires another beam of light.  And the warhead tumbles out of space.  What message would I interpret from that?  [The UFOs were telling us] don’t mess with nuclear warheads.  Major Mannsman said, “You are never to speak of this again.”  After an article [about the incident years later], people would call and start screaming at me.  One night somebody blew up my mailbox."[ix]

Russian Space Communications Center, Major General Vasily Alexeyev:

"They came up with a table with pictures of all the shapes of UFOs that had ever been recorded – about fifty… The study of UFOs may reveal some new forms of energy to us, or at least bring us closer to a solution."[x]

US Army, National Guard Reserve, Brigadier General Stephen Lovekin :

"Colonel Holomon brought out a piece of metallic debris.  He explained that this was the material that had come from a New Mexico crash in 1947 of an extraterrestrial craft. I got an opportunity to travel with President  [Eisenhower].  He was very, very interested what made [the UFOs] go… But Eisenhower got sold out.  He realized that the [study of these technologies] was not going to be in the best hands… I think secrecy has been enforced because [advanced UFO-based technologies] would destroy an economy designed by certain capitalists in this country to maintain their corporations from here to eternity."[xi]

US Marine Corps, Captain Bill Uhouse:

"The [flight] simulator they used was for the extraterrestrial craft they had – a 30 meter one that crashed in Arizona, back in 1953.  I was inside the actual alien craft for a start-up.  There are probably two or three dozen [flying saucers] that we built."[xii]

US Air Force, Lockheed Skunkworks Engineer, Don Phillips:

"We’ve got these things [developed from UFO technology] that are handheld scanners that scan the body and determine what the condition is.  We can also treat from the same scanner.  And we have ones that can cure cancer.  Again, politics, and God bless them, the FDA, and other people whose financial interests could be damaged keep these out of view."[xiii]

 US Air Force, Aerospace Illustrator, Mark McCandlish:

 "This [US made] antigravitiy propulsion system – this flying saucer – was one of three that were in this hangar at Norton Air Force Base.  They called [it] the Alien Reproduction Vehicle [ARV], also nicknamed the Flux Liner."[xiv]

 US Air Force, NRO Operative, Sergeant Dan Morris:

 "I became part of a group that would investigate, gather the information and in the beginning it was still under the Blue Book, Snowbird and different covert programs.  I would go interview people who claimed they had seen something and try to convince them they hadn’t seen something or that they were hallucinating.  Well, if that didn’t work, another team would come in and give all the threats.  And threaten them and their family and so on and so forth.  And they would be in charge of discrediting them, making them look foolish and so on and so forth.  Now if that didn’t work, then there was another team that put an end to that problem, one way or another… UFOs are both extraterrestrial and manmade… It’s not that our government  doesn’t want us to know that there are other people on other planets.  What the people in power don’t want us to know is that this free energy [from energy generators developed with UFO technology] is available to everybody.  So secrecy about the UFOs is because of the energy issue.  When this knowledge is found out by the people, they will demand that our government release this technology, and it will change the world."[xv]

US Air Force, Colonel Charles Brown:

"I was getting 20 to 30% improvement in efficiency on an internal combustion engine.  I sponsored the US Army race team on a racing car, [and] we won a race.  [Then] the Federal Trade Commission performed an illegal act.  I lost my vehicle, about $100,000 worth of equipment, and a test vehicle was stolen… So in three weeks, psychologically I was wiped out."[xvi]

US Army, Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering, Colonel Thomas E. Bearden:

"Probably 50 inventors have invented [virtually cost-free energy systems].  If we use these systems, we can clean up this biosphere.  But, what we have is a situation where the entire structure of science, industry, and the patent office are against you.  And behind this, we have a few people who are quite wealthy.  The more powerful the agency, the more they will resort not only to legal, but to extra-legal means to suppress their competition.  Lethal force is used."[xvii]

Former NASA contractor employee, Donna Hare:

"During the ‘70s… I did have secret clearance…  I walked into a restricted area… And there they developed the film from the moon and satellite pictures, everything that’s done by NASA .  One of the gentlemen I had been friends with… pointed my attention to one area of this mosaic…  They were aerial looking down…  And then, with a smile on his face he said, look over there.  And I looked.  And in one of the photo panels I saw a round white dot.  And at the time it was very crisp, very sharp lines on it.  And I said to him what is that?  Is that a dot on the emulsion?  And then he’s grinning and he says dots on the emulsion don’t leave round shadows on the ground.  And there was a round shadow at the correct angle with the sun shining on the trees.  I looked at him and I was pretty startled because I had worked there several years and had never seen anything like this, never heard of anything like this.  And I said, is this a UFO?  And he’s smiling at me and he says, I can’t tell you that…  What I knew he meant was, it was [a UFO] but he couldn’t tell me.  So I just said, what are you going to do with this information?  And he said, well, we always have to airbrush them out before we sell them to the public.  And I was just amazed that they had a protocol in place for getting rid of UFO pictures on these things."[xviii]

Disclosure Project, Founder and Director, Steven M. Greer, M.D.:

"The situation is so dire that senior Joint Chiefs of Staff leaders in the Pentagon who I have briefed have no more access to such projects than any other civilian – unless they are on the ‘inside.’  The government  is really quite outside the loop.  We have insiders and scientists who can prove that we do in fact possess energy generation systems capable of completely and permanently replacing all forms of currently used energy generation and transportation systems.  Every single person who is concerned about the environment and the human future should call for urgent hearings to allow these technologies to be disclosed, declassified and safely applied."[xix]

The above testimony is from a small fraction of more than a hundred and growing witnesses who have bravely risked their reputations, careers, and sometimes even their lives – to come forward for the sake of public disclosure.  Many of these witnesses are military officers who have taken a national security oath not to reveal these facts.  Many potential witnesses have not come forward because they do not want to break the oath.  However, Dr. Greer makes it clear that such an oath is not binding because it involves extra-constitutional activity.  All the secrecy, black projects, and cover-up processes involved in the witnessed activities are not legal because they lack the constitutional oversight of the United States Congress, and therefore the oath does not apply.

Problems concerning accountability for all this are not simple.  No single entity, whether it be a person, corporation, military subcontractor, or government agency, can be wholly indicted because these operations are classified top secret and are often unacknowledged and tightly compartmentalized.  Therefore, the majority of the personnel and often times leaders of these organizations know nothing about them.  This very specialized compartmentalization allows these operations to exist without those involved even knowing that their work is related to the UFO/ET subject.  Those persons in high places who are familiar with the operations often find their hands tied, which can be very frustrating.

Let’s take Barry Goldwater for example.  Barry Goldwater, former Republican Senator from Arizona and ex-presidential candidate, is the founder of the modern conservative movement.  He is well respected by Republicans and Democrats alike for his rugged individualism, integrity, and ability to see both sides of an issue.  He was also a general in the Air Force Reserves and is well respected in the military.  He once met with Dr. Greer in order to discuss these covert activities and relayed the following story.   According to Dr. Greer, it is general knowledge that the blue room at Wright Patterson Air Force Base contains much evidence for these covert activities.  Barry Goldwater went to the commander of Wright Patterson, four-star General Curtis Lemay, and asked for access into the blue room.  General Lemay turned to him and said something to this effect, “Goddammit Barry, I can’t even get into that area anymore.  And if you ever ask me a question about this again, I will personally see that you are court-martialed.”[xx]

Barry Goldwater is not the only high public official who has tried to pierce the veil of secrecy.  Dr. Greer was the first person to brief the Clinton Administration and Clinton’s CIA director, Admiral James Woolsey on this subject. President Carter and many other high-ranking government officials have attempted to find out more information about what is going on but were completely cut off or silenced.   

Much of this secret system and covert cartel was constructed during the administration of President Truman.  When Eisenhower took office, it was all he could do to leave us with a warning: 

"In the councils of Government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the Military Industrial Complex.  The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists, and will persist.  We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democractic processes.  We should take nothing for granted.  Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military  machinery  of defense with our peaceful methods and goals so that security and liberty may prosper together.”  (January, 1961.)

It was the main reason why President Kennedy was assassinated.  He was getting very close to the truth and about to disclose it.  Marilyn Monroe’s death was timely too, in light of the fact that government documents reveal she was being wiretapped and watched closely by the CIA because she threatened to tell the public what Kennedy told her about “the visit by the President at a secret air base for the purpose of inspecting things from outer space.”[xxi]  Dr. Greer, through the Freedom of Information Act, has obtained many internal memorandums from the government and military sources that support this premise.  Photocopies of these documents are reproduced in his book, Disclosure, along with transcriptions of hundreds of witness interviews and even diagrams of ARVs (Alien Reproduction Vehicles).  Four hours of the videotaped testimony can be purchased directly from The Disclosure Project web site (http://www.DisclosureProject.org.)  

These USAPS (Unacknowledged Special Access Projects) were designed to operate outside of the law and have violated U.S. and international law for decades.  In 1952, President Truman created the National Security Agency (NSA) partly for this purpose by Executive Order.  Many laws that are just mechanisms to create loopholes in existing law are created by Executive Order, and this is one way that Congressional oversight is avoided.  The NSA, CFR  and other organizations previously mentioned operate in consort with an international cartel in order to carry out these USAPS.  Many U.S. corporations having a hand in these USAPS are successful manufacturers in the aerospace industry, such as McDonnell-Douglas (now under the auspices of Boeing), and Lockheed-Skunkworks.  The Rand Corporation and TRW have also been frequent targets for these USAPS.  Yet we cannot wholesale indict any one of them because such projects remain ‘unacknowledged.’  Personnel are only briefed to the extent needed in order to carry out their small end of the project.  Little is revealed about the project, and what is exchanged is only on the basis of a need to know.   

Another quasi-governmental, quasi-private entity known as PI-40 focuses on getting the work out to private contractors.  They are also involved in active disinformation, public deception, so-called abductions and mutilations, reconnaissance and UFO tracking, space-based weapons systems, and specialized liaison groups with strong connections to the media.  Because of the complexity of our funny money system, money-laundering and alternate means of funding for these USAPS are easy to structure:

"An Air Force source has told us that deep black projects can escape any direct oversight by having funds “hidden” in other projects.  For example, $1 billion may be allocated for secret  aerospace research and development, with certain projects cited as beneficiaries of this funding.  In reality, however, $600 million may be used for those ‘acknowledged’ secret projects while the remaining $400 million is used for ‘unacknowledged’ projects."[xxii]

The muddlers continue to launder money through dummy projects while the real funds are diverted to USAPS that Congress, the President, and the American people know nothing about.  Dr. Greer has spoken to other witnesses in government who acknowledge such operations:

"In 1994, Dick D’Amato who was senior counsel for the Senate Appropriations Committee under then Chairman  Senator  Byrd personally told me that somewhere between $40 billion and $80 billion was going into projects that they could not penetrate – even with a top-secret  clearance and a Senate subpoena.  He said he was sure money was going into UFO related projects but they could not penetrate them.  I remember he said, “Dr. Greer, you are dealing with the Varsity Team of all black  projects – good luck.”"[xxiii] 

Large defense contractors such as SAIC (Science Applications International Corporation) in San Diego are often merely fronts for these kinds of operations.  Bell Labs, the “innovation engine” behind Lucent Technologies has also been intimately involved in this work.  A few ET technologies that have been “reverse-engineered” or copied in black projects have been allowed to surface in the market, such as fiber-optics.  Still, many more technologies that could tremendously benefit society are being shelved.  Because of the laws protecting confidential and proprietary interests of private industry, it is virtually impossible to penetrate these fronts.  The testing of secret technology related to these USAPS usually takes place at equally impenetrable military bases such as Edwards Air Force Base and the infamous compound known as Area 51 in the Nevada desert.  Witnesses who are not silenced by fear, threats, or “suicide” are often silenced with cash payments of over a million dollars or more.  This is especially true for witnesses in the private industry sector.  Dr. Greer has been offered substantial sums of money  in an effort to get him to stand down. Fortunately, he cannot be bought.[xxiv] 

On May 9, 2001, Dr. Greer and many government, military and private sector witnesses came before the National Press Conference in order to get this information out to the public.  The conference was one of the largest ever attended by viewers online.  The videotapes of this conference are also available, along with a set specially created for and hand delivered to members of Congress, the executive branch, NASA officials and senior military/Pentagon personnel prior to the press conference.   I encourage everyone to obtain copies of these and Dr. Greer’s books, and to distribute them as widely as possible.

As of this writing, the press conference in conjunction with public response to the efforts of the Disclosure Project, has not been enough to persuade Congress to open up congressional hearings on this subject.  Therefore, Dr. Greer and friends are working on a second strategy.  Rather than wait for this shape-shifting shadowy, para-governmental and transnational entity to disclose these earth-saving technologies on their own watch, a select group of inventors, researchers, scientists and like-minded individuals have undertaken the task of replicating and producing these technologies on their own. 

The energy sector of our economy is worth over six trillion dollars a year.  Obviously, the immediate extinction of the internal combustion engine, among other things, would shake it up big time.  Realistically recognizing that new technologies could dangerously cripple current industry causing a short-term adverse economic effect, Dr. Greer and consultants are also working on ways to avert such crises.  Gradual introduction and phasing in of clean energy technologies while phasing out the old is a given.   Redeployment and diversification of industrial and natural  resources is essential so that no one gets left out.  We, the taxpayers, have already paid for the development of these technologies, although the funds were illegally manipulated.  Therefore, we need not incur the economic burden of further research  and development.

In the meantime, we must continue to put pressure on the powers that be to fully disclose the truth about UFOs and advanced technologies and to stop the lies.  Our future depends on it, literally.
